Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Divorno Inc. We are committed to delivering your products as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping speeds:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.

3. Domestic Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We utilize reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is supported via USPS.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Damages and Missing Packages

Divorno Inc. is responsible for your order until it is confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@divorno.com.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Divorno Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the item.
