Refund and Returns Policy

At Divorno Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or digital proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Process

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Restocking Fees

Please note that all voluntary returns (returns not related to a defect or error on our part) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. Damages, Defects, and Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@divorno.com within 48 hours of delivery. In these specific cases, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are exempt from being returned due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

  • Perishable Goods: Food, snacks, beverages, flowers, or plants.
  • Personal Care: Beauty products, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Stripe) within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
