What payment methods do you accept? We process all payments securely through Stripe Payments. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Divorno Inc. does not store your credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe, a global leader in payment security.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we strive for fast fulfillment, please contact us at info@divorno.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may be unable to cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order? * Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.Note: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST.
Where do you ship from? While our roots started in Anaheim, CA, in 1998, we now ship all orders from our fulfillment partners and our central hub in Miami, Florida.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, Divorno Inc. ships to addresses within the United States only.
How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our Track My Order page. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that perishable goods (groceries) and personal care items are non-returnable for safety reasons.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at info@divorno.com with your order number. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
